Revendo checks your device upon receipt. If this changes the price, you will receive a new offer.

Receive money

Receive money in a few days money on the account or when passing by one of our shops against -10% deduction in cash.

Why sell at zer000?

Auctions are expensive, take a long time and the outcome is uncertain. With us you can sell your device quickly and safely at a fixed price. You don’t have to register, you don’t have to pay any postage and you don’t need to contact the buyer. The money for your device will be transferred to your account within a few days.

At what prices does buy?

Our purchase prices are based on the current market value, which depends on the price development of the new device, the condition, supply and demand.

Who pays the postage?

We assume the postage for your shipment. You will receive the franking by email. All you have to do is print out the stamp, stick it on your parcel and hand it over to Swiss Post.

What do I do with the delivery note?

The delivery note serves as identification. It contains important information for our employees. Print it out and put it on top of the parcel.

What do I do if I don't have a printer?

You can also frank the parcel yourself and send it in. Important: enclose a note with the order number and your details.

Can I bring my device directly by?

You cannot hand over your device to a k kiosk. However, it is possible to bring the device to a revendo shop. You can find the revendo stores and opening hours on our contact page.

When do I get my money?

As soon as we have the device with us and it has passed the receiving inspection, the payment is confirmed and then triggered. The payment should normally be on your account within 48 hours.

How do I cancel my sale?

If you have not yet shipped the device, you can always contact the revendo customer service and we will cancel the order. Don’t forget to mention your order number.

What happens to my data?

Before we work on the device, all storage media are completely formatted.
